At Energyrforce, we are committed to your satisfaction with our Spanish language courses. This Return Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for our online educational services. This policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law and your rights as a consumer in Australia.

Return Period

The return period for our Spanish language courses varies depending on the package type:

  • Trial Package: 7 days from enrollment, provided fewer than 2 classes have been attended
  • Monthly Package: 7 days written notice required for cancellation, with prorated refunds for unused classes
  • Quarterly Package: 14 days from enrollment for full refund, provided fewer than 4 classes have been attended
  • Annual Package: 30 days from enrollment for full refund, provided fewer than 8 classes have been attended
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: 7 days after your fourth class for new students

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to clients-@energyrforce.world within the applicable return period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within the applicable return period for your package type
  • The number of classes attended does not exceed the maximum allowed for your package type
  • You have not violated our Terms of Use or Student Code of Conduct
  • You have not downloaded or accessed extensive course materials beyond what is necessary for attended classes
  • The refund request is submitted in writing via email to clients-@energyrforce.world
  • You provide your full name, enrollment details, and reason for the refund request

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive of our refund policy.

Return Shipping Costs

As our Spanish language courses are delivered entirely online through our digital learning platform, there are no physical products to return and no shipping costs associated with refunds. All course materials, classes, and resources are provided digitally, and refunds are processed electronically to your original payment method.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all new students. If you are not satisfied with our Spanish courses after attending your first four classes, you may request a full refund within seven days of your fourth class. This allows you to experience our teaching method, instructors, and learning platform risk-free.

Trial Package Refunds

Students enrolled in our Trial Package can request a refund if they have attended fewer than two classes and make their request within seven days of enrollment. Refunds are prorated based on the number of classes attended.

Monthly Package Cancellations

For students enrolled in Monthly Packages:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with seven days written notice
  • Refunds for the current month are prorated based on classes attended
  • Cancellation must be submitted via email to clients-@energyrforce.world
  • Access to the learning platform continues through the end of your paid period

Quarterly Package Refunds

For Quarterly Package enrollments:

  • Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 14 days of enrollment and before attending more than four classes
  • After the 14-day period, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis for unused classes
  • A processing fee may apply to refunds after the initial 14-day period

Annual Package Refunds

For Annual Package enrollments:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of enrollment if fewer than eight classes have been attended
  • After 30 days, refunds are calculated based on unused classes at the monthly package rate
  • Annual package discount is forfeited upon refund calculation
  • Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send a written refund request via email to clients-@energyrforce.world
  2. Provide Information: Include the following details in your request:
    • Your full name and account email address
    • Course enrollment details (package type, enrollment date, course level)
    • Number of classes attended
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Preferred method of communication for follow-up
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 5 business days and may contact you for additional information if needed
  4. Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days
  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment
  6. Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will calculate the refund amount based on your package type, classes attended, and applicable refund policy
  • Any processing fees or discounts applied at enrollment will be factored into the refund calculation
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation with the refund amount and transaction details
  • Your account access will continue until the refund is processed, after which access will be terminated

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing, while other payment methods may take longer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Classes that have already been attended beyond the satisfaction guarantee period or applicable return period
  • Digital materials and resources that have been extensively downloaded or accessed
  • One-on-one tutoring sessions after they have been scheduled and confirmed
  • Certification exam fees paid directly to third-party organizations (these are separate from course fees)
  • No-show classes where no advance notice was provided (24 hours minimum)
  • Classes that have been rescheduled multiple times without valid reasons
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to violation of Terms of Use or Student Code of Conduct
  • Processing fees or administrative charges that may apply to certain refund requests after the initial return period

Please note that under the Australian Consumer Law, you may still be entitled to a refund or remedy if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, regardless of these restrictions. See the "General Legal Requirements" section below for more information.

Class Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a class:

  • Provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without penalty
  • Rescheduled classes must be taken within the same calendar month
  • Limited rescheduling slots may be available based on instructor availability
  • Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the class

Course Modifications by Energyrforce

If we need to cancel or significantly modify a course:

  • We will provide at least 48 hours notice when possible
  • You may choose to reschedule to an alternative time slot
  • If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided
  • We are not liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred

Technical Issues

In the event of technical difficulties preventing class attendance:

  • Report issues to our support team immediately
  • We will work to resolve technical problems promptly
  • Makeup classes will be offered if the issue originates from our platform
  • Issues caused by student internet connectivity are not eligible for refunds

Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy operates in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). As a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees that cannot be excluded:

  • Services with Due Care and Skill: Our courses must be provided with an acceptable level of care and skill
  • Services Fit for Purpose: Our courses must be reasonably fit for the purpose of learning Spanish
  • Services Supplied Within Reasonable Time: Classes and services must be provided within a reasonable timeframe

If our services fail to meet these consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including:

  • A refund for services not provided in accordance with the guarantees
  • Replacement or resupply of services
  • Compensation for damages or loss

These rights apply regardless of the time limits or conditions specified elsewhere in this Return Policy. If you believe our services have not met the consumer guarantees, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your course enrollment before classes begin under the following conditions:

  • Before First Class: Full refund available if cancellation occurs before your first scheduled class, regardless of package type
  • Within Cooling-Off Period: For online services, you may have a cooling-off period under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund if no classes have been attended
  • Cancellation Method: Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to clients-@energyrforce.world
  • Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed within 5 business days, and refunds are issued within 14 business days
  • Automatic Cancellation: If you fail to attend your first scheduled class without prior notice, your enrollment may be automatically cancelled, and a refund may be processed minus any applicable processing fees

Once classes have begun, the standard return and refund policies outlined in this document apply based on your package type.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events can affect your ability to continue courses. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances beyond your control, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations or refund options. We will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

  • Extended access to course materials
  • Deferred enrollment to a future course
  • Partial refunds based on circumstances
  • Transfer of enrollment to another student (subject to approval)
